*The listed hours are subject to change, and ID card production will not take place during holidays observed by Fullerton College.

ID cards will cost $7.00 for the first purchase. ID cards will cost $14.00 for each replacement after the first ID card during the semester.

How to Get an ID Card for Spring 2024:

If you are currently registered for the Spring 2024 semester, first purchase a campus photo ID card through MyGateway, the student portal. The ID card will charge a total of $7.00. However, if you have a campus ID card from a previous semester, you do not need to pay for a new one (see below for more information).

To receive a Fullerton College ID card, please come to the Student Center (Room 214) with the following:

  1. A printout of your Spring 2024 semester Schedule/Bill
    1. Instructions on printing can be found below
    2. Note that you should print out your Schedule/Bill after purchasing and paying for the campus photo ID card.
  2. physical valid ID card (e.g., driver’s license, state ID, passport, etc.)
    1. We must see the physical card itself; we cannot take a photo of an ID.

How to Print a Schedule/Bill:

  1. Go to your student portal at: mg.nocccd.edu 
  2. Under “Registration Tools”
  3. Click on “Print Schedule/Bill” (4th available option)
  4. Print

If You Already Have a Campus ID Card from a Previous Semester:

Please bring your campus ID card to the Student Center (room 214) with a hard copy of your Spring 2024 Schedule/Bill during our open hours to receive a new validation sticker.
If you require your campus ID card to be re-encoded with the OCTA bus pass, please inform the front desk when you receive your new validation sticker.

If You Lose Your Campus ID Card:

The replacement charge for a lost campus ID card is $14.00 for the Spring 2024 semester. Please contact Admissions & Records to have them add a campus ID replacement charge to your student account. You may then pay this charge at the Bursar’s Office or on MyGateway.

You must show proof on a new Schedule/Bill printout that you paid the replacement fee, and we will then issue you a new campus ID card. Please note that if your previous campus photo ID card was encoded with the OCTA bus pass, we cannot encode your replacement ID card with the bus pass.

Chosen Name Change:

If you have a chosen name that you would like reflected on your Campus Photo ID card, you can receive a replacement ID card at no cost. To update your ID, please submit a Student Information Change Form with Admissions and Records. Once your request has been updated (this can take at least 24 hours), Student Life and Leadership will issue you a replacement ID card at the Student Center, Room 214 (Lower Level), Cruz Reynoso Hall, Bldg. 200.
