Fullerton College Pass Program

The Fullerton College Pass Program began as a three-year, pilot program in the Fall 2019 semester, as partnership between the college and Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). Year 1 was funded by the Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP), a part of the Cap-and-Trade Program and the Mobile Source Air Pollution Review Committee (LMSRC). Year 2 (2020) and Year 3 (2021) were funded by transportation fees paid by currently enrolled students at Fullerton College. Associated Students has continued to endorse this program for the last two years (2022 and 2023) and will be reviewing a new proposal to continue the Fullerton College Pass Program this spring 2024.

With the mandatory transportation fee that Fullerton College students pay each semester, you have unlimited access to the OC Bus (for school, work, shopping, the beach) during the current fall and spring semesters that you are currently enrolled. Visit the OCTA/Fullerton College Pass Program for more information on bus routes. For currently enrolled students at Fullerton College, bus passes will be automatically uploaded to your OC Bus App account on the first day of the semester.

If you are experiencing difficulties accessing your bus pass on the OCTA bus app, please contact OCTA at (714) 636-7433.

Alternatively, please contact Student Life and Leadership at studentlife@fullcoll.edu or (714) 992-7095.

Please note: If you request your ID card to be encoded, you will not be able to get the ticket on your OCTA Bus App and vice versa. Student Life and Leadership highly recommends attempting to get the Bus App before encoding your ID card. Only one encoded ID card can be produced per semester for each student. If you lose an ID card that is encoded, Student Life and Leadership cannot encode another ID card until the next semester.
