Student Club & Organization Forms
Please use the following forms for clubs and organizations to request events/activities, facilities, movie screenings, fundraisers, which must be submitted to Student Life & Leadership every semester to ensure successful events and/or activities:
Starting a New Student Club or Organization
A student club or organization which has never been established at Fullerton College and must obtain official approval from the Associated Students.
- Read Student Club & Organization Handbook for policies and procedures of starting a new club or organization.
- Submit Official Request for Establishing FC A.S. Club or Organization Form.
- Submit the FC A.S. Clubs Organizations Roster
- Submit the club or organization constitution. This club/organization constitution will be submitted to Associated Students to review.
- Submit A.S. Club & Organizations Account & Authorized Users form.
- Submit Fullerton College Bursar’s Office Auxiliary Account Request form if you are requesting a separate club/org account.
- Associated Students will notify you when your club is on their next A.S. Senate agenda. Please plan on being present at this meeting should there be any questions or concerns.
- Club or organization is pending until official approval by Associated Students.
Active Student Club or Organization
A recognized student club or organization which has been active at Fullerton College for the previous semester(s) before the fall semester of the current academic year.
- Read Student Club & Organization Handbook for policies and procedures.
- Fall Semester: Submit the Fullerton College – FC A.S. Clubs Organizations Roster form.
- Spring Semester: Submit Active Club Update form.
Reactivating a Student Club or Organization
A former recognized student club or organization which has not been active at Fullerton College for one or more semester(s) and many have an existing current club account and constitution.
- Read Student Club & Organization Handbook for policies and procedures.
- Submit the Fullerton College – FC A.S. Clubs Organizations Roster form
- Submit A.S. Club & Organizations Account & Authorized Users form.
- Submit the club or organization constitution if you wish to make revisions. This revised club/organization constitution must be submitted to Associated Students for review.
